Why Did I attend WSU

I chose to attend WSU because I wanted to be closer to home. My freshman year I went to Morehead State University and even though it was only three hours away at the same time I wanted to be closer and it was a very small school. So thats also another reason I chose to come here because wsu is a lot bigger than my old school. I was also on a tennis scholarship at Morehead State so that was something I was looking for when I chose to transfer. WSU offered me a scholarship here so that was also something that brought me here. I knew people that go here and different parts of family went here for example my mom. I like that I can live here on campus but if I never need anything or need to go home I can, which is something I couldn't do at my old school. Another reason I'm really happy I chose to come here is because one of my old teammates from high school goes here and we play on the same tennis team here at wsu. I really like my coaches, which is something I was looking for. I wanted a coach that would be very caring but at the same time to be hard on me. I really like my teammates. Everyones very outgoing and fun, which is a huge thing for me also. I feel like my teammates are who I'm going to spend the most time with for the next 3 years and I want all of us to be close. I want to be able to go to them whenever I have a problem, whether it's an issue at home or something else. I like that my farthest walk is more than 10 minutes to class. I didn't want to go somewhere where the school was huge but a good size. I don't want to know everyone on campus. I also like that some of my classes are bigger. I love everything about wsu. Another huge bonus for me is that there is actually stuff to do around here. There's a mall, movie theater, and even clubs for us young people to hang out. I'm crazy about it here just because it's the complete opposite of where I spent my freshman year of college. And I'm so glad that I made the choice to come here.
